Open the file we did in ''Selection Tool'', then open the other file name ''background''

Drag the second picture into the first picture by using Move Tool

Right click > Flip Horizontal to flip the Ebee 

Layer> New Adjustment Layer > Brightness/ Contrast to adjust the background color
(brightness 75, contrast 25)

Use Horizontal Type Tool to type '' Faculty of Management''

Create Warped Text > choose ARC > Bend +18%

Layer > Layer Style > Outer glow & Bevel Emboss (texture) to changes the word's style

Use Magic Wand Tool to select the unwanted area  

Right click and choose Inverse Select to select the area you want

Select the unwanted area by using Magic Wand Tool and then Right click > Select inverse  to choose the area you want

Use Magic Eraser Tool to remove the unwanted white spot in the words

Use Magic Wand Tool to select the unwanted area of Ebee and then Right Click > Inverse select

Use the Magic Eraser Tool to remove the unwanted area

                           

Use Quick Selection Tool to select the unwanted area and then remove it ( press'' shift'' to add selection)

Use Magic Wand Tool to remove the unwanted area
